Knowledge creation is such an incredible privilege. My research has largely focused on consumer packaging for the food and beverage sector. In order to continue to strengthen my research competencies, I am currently completing a PhD in Management at the Ted Rogers School of Management. My dissertation is focused on sustainable business models for reusable packaging systems.

In past, I have investigated innovations in packaging technology, preferences of packaging stakeholders, and the performance of systems and processes in packaging.

The following are some highlights of my research career to date:

  • Over a dozen academic publications, including book chapters, journal papers, reports and conference presentations.

  • Three research presentation awards.

  • 10 years of editorial experience as the Associate Editor of Graphic Arts Magazine (2008-2018).

  • Experienced acting as a journal and conference reviewer, conference chair, and graduate student supervisor.

  • Proficient with a variety of research methods including online surveys, focus groups, semi-structured interviews, content analysis, and thematic analysis.
